We popped in for a casual cup of tea and a sandwich - and were totally delighted. There was a warm welcome, beautiful aromas of baking, and a wide selection of really delicious looking cakes and savoury snacks. The food did not disappoint and we were served a proper mug of tea - no soggy teabag dangling in it! Hurrah - the people here know what they are doing and it really shows.

The spinach and ricotta plait is delicious. Ask to preheat a little bit. And the coconut ball super tasty. Even the tea is fresh doesn't come in bags. I totally recommend the place.

I've been here twice recently and love the savoury pastries. It's difficult to choose from the fabulous choice: be warned, you may be able to resist going up for seconds. I had a slice of carrot cake which was huge and delicious - one of the best I've ever eaten. My partner had the Bakewell tart slice which was also lovely. The staff here are lovely and a real asset. I definitely recommend this cafe. You should try it.

A wonderful cafe in a great location, on the newly developed waterway through Maidenhead. A fantastic range of easy baked food, good coffee and reasonable prices along with excellent and friendly service. Highly recommended.
